Sharing on the implementation of a school-wide initiative that Anderson Grove took on called "Go Get One". It was designed to help ensure that every single kid in the building felt connected to, cared for, and supported by at least one adult in the building. It was designed to make relationship-building a priority. The program was piloted and implemented school-wide. It’s simple nature and overall minor steps created a large shift in school culture and student dynamics.
