Transition supports the learning, earning, and living of students after high school. Join us to learn how NeMTSS has connected with the NDE agencies to highlight the strategies of inclusion to best meet the needs of all students. Come and learn how the project "CTE Without Limits" has promoted these partnerships across Career and Technical Education, Special Education, and Vocational Rehabilitation. Resources that include the Project Discovery Kits will be shared during this presentation.
