A comprehensive needs assessment (CNA) helps schools and district teams assess current practices, determine areas of strengths and identify opportunities for growth. The NDE CNA is a Nebraska-specific resource aligned to the AQuESTT tenets and domains and is offered in a text-based document, as well as an interactive web-based platform, Hourglass. Participants will learn about the tool, engage in dialogue, and determine how to use this tool in their own context to support teachers and students.
