This interactive session is designed to highlight the intersection of Educator Effectiveness and CIP by bringing all layers of the educational community together. The S.E.E.D. “stance” is designed to enhance systems, gain clarity, and leverage improvement through an adult lens of educator effectiveness. This session will help participants identify the educator effectiveness data within their current processes and utilize strategies to engage, and empower all staff in a collaborative CIP
